This is a past recommendation I must have not posted: I appreciate when the Dr. Hairston gives me written instructions explaining how to take or apply medications after an appointment. Some of us in later years needed written instructions in addition to verbal instructions. Also, yesterday Jan. 16, 2024, I spent all day anxiously trying to get in touch with someone at the clinic to cancel my appointment for 9:30 am Jan, 17. The roads were iced over and we would have to travel 60 miles ( at 76 and 79 years old)early the next morning for surgery. I called your office all during the day and realized you were probably closed for the weather. Finally late Tuesday afternoon I got a message from your office saying the office was going to closed the day of my surgery because of dangerous weather. I did leave a text on my portal that I was canceling my appointment but did not feel confident it would be read in time. Suggestion: If possible an emergency number (not just a medical emergency) for accidents or bad weather needs to be listed somewhere in the portal or webpage for patients to contact someone in the clinic.

Top notch dermatology clinic. I have never had a negative experience. Dr Bethany is a great dermatologist and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them!

Everyone was so compassionate and concerned about what I was dealing with. I love going there.
