No-Show Policy
As of March 2022, Vitality Dermatology will require patients who schedule an appointment (Medical, Laser, or Aesthetic) and fail to keep it to pay a $40 "No-Show Deposit".
This deposit will be collected when scheduling your next appointment and may be used towards any fees at that visit. If another no-show occurs, the deposit will be applied as a non-refundable "No-Show Fee".
